Shipping-Exchange & Refund Policy

For orders exceeding 750 EGP, shipping is offered for free.

You can open, check, and try on your items while the courier is still at your door. If you're not satisfied, you can return the package immediately to the courier, but please note that returns are only allowed at this time unless the item is defective.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, and spotless) with all tags intact.

If you need a different size, you're welcome to exchange your item as long as the requested size is in stock.

You are responsible for covering the shipping fees for returns and exchanges.
